Carlijn's greatest strength is the amount of focus she puts on making sure that the team is solving the right problem. By prioritizing the right amount of user research and asking the right questions she's been able to steer the team to the correct solution numerous times. Carlijn has shown herself a very solid designer with the ability to adapt to design systems and new situations. She takes a lot of time to stay aligned with product management, engineers and designers she works with, which has made her delivery smooth and agile. As a person I've come to know Carlijn as open, respectful and a real go-getter who doesn't easily get tripped up by anything. She's a quick learner and if I had the opportunity I would hire her again, every time!
